Terms and conditions is administrated by Copenhagen Bamboo ApS – Islevdalvej 148 – 2610 Rødovre, Denmark. accepts payments with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Klarna. We do not charge card fees. Payment is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in EUR incl. VAT. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your data cannot be read.


Follow these 5 steps to make an order with us:
1. Find the product(s) you want and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to checkout
2. Accept our terms and conditions
3. Enter your personal data
4. Select shipping and payment method
5. Check that all details are correct and approve the purchase

When you place an order with us, you do not need a user or login. Your order confirmation and invoice will be sent by email. In the email with the invoice there is a link to track your package.

All prices shown in our shop are incl. 25% VAT.

At you can either order products at our webshop or in our showroom. If you have questions about products not shown online, please contact us. The selection in our showroom corresponds to what is available in our webshop.

It is possible to see old orders that have been placed online if you have already created a user. If you don’t have a user but would like an order confirmation or invoice from a previous order, you can contact us at


You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Klarna. There are no additional fees.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is debited from your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you pay your monthly payment on the last weekday starting next month and three months ahead.
There are no fees or interest on your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday ends automatically.

When you place an order at, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email is only a confirmation of your order and not an acceptance. When you place an order, a binding purchase agreement is only entered when you receive a delivery confirmation.

MINORS does not enter transactions with minors (under the age of 18) without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent and suspect that your minor child has disclosed personal information to us, we would like you to contact us immediately.

If we suspect that we have received personal information from a minor without parental consent, we delete this information from our servers immediately.


We do our best to ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM the same day. delivers within 1-3 days on all weekdays.

We send orders to the United Kingdom once a week, every Thursday.


When your package is delivered to a GLS pick up point, you have 7 calendar days to collect the package before it is sent back to us. When we receive your unclaimed package in return, we will try to contact you to find out if you wish to cancel your purchase. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and make a refund to your account, excluding the return freight charged to us by GLS for the return. If you still want the products, please place a new order.


It is not possible to postpone the delivery of an order. If you are not at home to receive/collect your package and the package is returned as undelivered, you will be charged the price of the actual return cost as well as shipping for any new shipment if you want the package to be sent again.

We therefore suggest that you only place orders in the webshop when you are at home and able to pick up the package or have someone who can pick it up for you.


When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Consumer Rights Act apply to the purchase of goods.

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Rights Act. Our claims rights apply to defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damages that have occurred because of improper use of the product.


It is not considered a claim if the fault is due to incorrect use of the product (incorrect washing or treatment) or if you "attach" something that causes a ripped seam or a hole or the like.

It is also not considered a claim if it concerns a fault due to normal wear and tear or if the product has been subjected to greater physical load than can be expected for such a product to withstand.

That the packaging has received a few bumps during delivery – unfortunately, this cannot be avoided.

If the clothes are not in their original packaging – this may be because other customers have not handled the packaging properly when receiving, trying on and returning garments. In such cases, we have had to repack the garments in new plastic packaging.

In some cases, you will need to return the item to us, but first we ask you to send a picture of the item together with a description of the issue in an email to When we receive the picture, we process the complaint and decide whether the item should be returned or not. If the item is to be sent back, you will receive a delivery note by email.


How long a pair of socks can last differ a lot since it depends on several different factors. But on average, a pair of socks should last at least 4 months. Read more about washing and care here.


If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or have the price reduced. It depends on the specific situation.

You must make your claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you make a complaint within two months from discovering the fault, it will always be considered reasonable.

If the complaint is justified, covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. The product must always be sent back in secure packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for the return shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

If a refund becomes relevant, we ask you to send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.


Consumers have a 90-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop. The period runs from the day you get your order. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, and they are delivered individually, the time limit runs from the day you receive the last item.

If you regret your purchase, you must notify us no later than 90 days after you received your order, and we recommend that you follow these instructions. You can also email us at or use the cancellation form that you will find at the bottom of this page. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to collect the item without notifying us.
You can only return, not exchange.

Once you have notified us that you regret your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible if there is any damage during transport, so make sure the item is packed properly.

If you have purchased several items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased at the same time.
NOTE! We do not refund the shipping cost if you regret part of your purchase.

If you have purchased an item with several parts in a box (e.g., 2-pack, 5-pack or similar) it is not possible to return only parts of the content – if you want a refund, all the items in the box must be returned.

If you have purchased e.g., a home wear set or tracksuit and only return one garment of a set, you will not be able to get a 100% refund for that item. This is because a set is bought with a 20% discount and that discount is lost on the item you keep, which will therefore cost full price.


You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. That is – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been used in a way that goes beyond what is described above, we consider it used. This means that, based on the commercial value of the item, you can only get a part or none of the purchase price refunded if you cancel the purchase. In some cases, this may mean that you can only get the return cost refunded.

Also make sure that the packaging is in such a condition that the product can be resold to another customer after return. It is okay to open the packaging so that the clothes can be tried on, but the packaging must not be broken. The packaging may have received some bumps during transport and that is perfectly fine, but it must not be used for shipping – always make sure to pack your return items securely.

In order to get the entire purchase amount refunded, you must treat the product in the exact same way as you would in a physical store. You may try the product, but not actually use it.


If the value of the item has deteriorated, we deduct it from the amount.

We will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (but not extra shipping costs if you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping we offer) within 14 days of the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase.

We can wait to issue the refund until we have received the item, unless you can prove that you have returned it.
