EXCHANGE:

If you want to exchange your items, you must ship the items back to us and simply place a new order on the item or items you want instead.

When we receive your return, we will make a refund for the returned items.

You can choose to either place a new order immediately, or wait until you get your money back for the return order.

COMPLAINT / FAULTY ITEMS:

If you receive a faulty item you need to get in touch with us. In some cases we will need you to return the item to us, but often a picture is enough.
