HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You return an item or package by using the enclosed return label. It costs €7 to return an item. If you do not have a return label, please contact customer service at kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk .

If you choose to refuse receipt of your package, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund of your order payment.

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN RETURNING:

  • The seal may be broken so you can try on the clothes (underwear may be tried on over your own underwear)
  • The clothes may be tried on, not used - this means that you may try on the clothes as you would in a store - some packages of socks are assembled with strips, be careful when cutting this over that you do not cut the sock, otherwise you cannot return the item.
  • The packaging may have been damaged during shipping, which is okay, but we encourage you not to use the packaging as shipping packaging - always make sure to pack your returned items properly.
  • If you have purchased an item with multiple items in a box (e.g. 2-pack, 5-pack, etc.), it is not possible to return only part of the contents - if you want a refund, all items in the box must be returned in unused condition.

HOW DO I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SIZE?

1. Return the item that did not fit. Once we have received the item, the refund will be processed. (See above under returns.)

2. Place a new order for the desired size. Does the item cost more now? See the next step.

3. Send an email with your new order number to customer service and we will refund the discount. Please note that this only applies to purchases of the same model and color.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs on your new order.

COMPLAINT:

It happens that an item is broken and there is therefore a complaint about it. In some cases we need to have the item sent to us, but first please send us a picture of the item together with a description of the defect in an email to kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk . When you receive the picture we will decide on the complaint and whether we want the item sent. If the item is to be sent to us, we will send you a waybill by email.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed if it has already been packed. However, you can try contacting customer service, and we will contact our warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the package. kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk .

How do I return an item?

You can return an item or a package by creating a return through our portal. Once you have filled in the return form, you will have the option to purchase a return shipping
label. The cost of a return shipping label is 7€. 

If you choose to refuse acceptance of your package, the return shipping fee will be deducted upon the refund of your order.

When making a return please be advised that:

  • The seal on the packaging may be opened.
  • The clothes may be tried on, but not taken in to use – that means that you can try the clothes on as you would in a shop (you may try on underwear on top of your own underwear). Some packages of socks are bundled with strips. Please be careful when cutting these strips to avoid accidentally cutting the socks, as this may prevent you from returning the item.
  • The packaging must be intact. The packaging may have gotten some bumps along the way during transport, but it mustn’t be broken or used as freight packaging.
  • If you have bought an item with 2 or more pieces of clothing, it is not possible to only sent part of the contents back – if you want a refund all items must be present.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Complaint:

It sometimes happens that an item is damaged or flawed. When this happens, please make a claim by sending us an email at cs@copenhagenbamboo.com. Send us a picture of the damaged or flawed item along with a description. We will reply to your email with 24 hours Monday-Friday.

Cancel your order:

Have you changed your mind about the items you have ordered, or did you order the wrong size, please contact our customer service at cs@copenhagenbamboo.com and they will cancel the order for you. This can only be done before your order is processed and shipped.
