Return and exchange
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR ORDER?
You return/exchange an item or package by using our returns portal here.
Follow the necessary steps in the portal and choose whether you want to return or exchange an item for a different size.
It costs 5 GBP / 7 EUR to return an item or order. We also offer size exchanges on a product in your order for the cost of 5 GBP / 7 EUR.
Orders are returned with Postnord in UK and DHL in rest of the world with QR code or print-your-own label.

If you choose to refuse receipt of your package, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund of your order payment.

YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN RETURNING:
- All orders are subject to our standard 100-day return policy. The return period runs from the day you received your order.
- You have 14 days to send a return/exchange after creating the returns portal. If you have created an exchange, the new item will be sent as soon as you have sent the product you want to exchange.
- The seal may be broken so you can try on the clothes (underwear may be tried on over your own underwear)
- The clothes may be tried on, not used - this means that you may try on the clothes as you would in a store - some packages of socks are assembled with strips, be careful when cutting this over that you do not cut the sock, otherwise you cannot return the item.
- The packaging may have been damaged during shipping, which is okay, but we encourage you not to use the packaging as shipping packaging - always make sure to pack your returned items properly.
- If you have purchased an item with multiple items in a box (e.g. 2-pack, 5-pack, etc.), it is not possible to return only part of the contents - if you want a refund, all items in the box must be returned in unused condition.
COMPLAINT:
Unfortunately, it happens that an item breaks, and therefore there is a complaint about it. You create a complaint by using our complaints portal here.
Follow the steps in the portal, where we ask for a description of the error and pictures of the error and product. After that, customer service will assess the complaint and contact you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed if it has already been packed. However, you can try contacting customer service, and we will contact our warehouse to see if it is possible to cancel the package. kundeservice@copenhagenbamboo.dk .
