Benefits of bamboo viscose
Our products are made from bamboo viscose mixed with other fibers to strengthen
durability. Clothing with bamboo viscose provides soft, elastic, airy and temperature-regulating clothing. It gives you a comfortable experience every time you put it on.

Sweat-absorbent
Bamboo viscose can absorb up to three times its own weight in moisture. This means that if the garment weighs 1 kg, it can absorb 3 kg of moisture. Therefore, sweat and moisture are effectively transported away from the skin.

Quick-drying
Bamboo viscose is a quick-drying fiber, especially suitable for the inner layers of clothing, such as socks and underwear. Thanks to the quick-drying fibers, you can also use the clothing as workout clothing.

Temperature regulating
Bamboo viscose fibers have a living structure that naturally creates air pockets between the fibers. Air pockets provide an insulating and temperature-regulating effect, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Certified in order
All our materials are OEKO Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring that our clothes are free from harmful chemicals. We only use bamboo viscose from FSC certified suppliers.

Good for sensitive skin
Bamboo viscose fibers are extremely soft and therefore do not irritate the skin. The bamboo viscose in the clothes we sell is produced using the lyocell method and the fibers are created to be as soft as silk.

Soft after washing
The bamboo viscose fibers are smooth and round, so there are no fibers sticking out or getting tangled. This means that bamboo viscose textiles remain soft even after many washes.

Good for diabetics
Diabetics often have sensitive skin and the sweat-wicking and temperature-regulating properties of bamboo viscose are therefore particularly suitable for sensitive feet.
Production of bamboo viscose
The conversion from bamboo plants to the viscose used in our clothes takes place in closed circuits, so the chemicals that degrade the bamboo are kept out of nature. The Lyocell method, as it is called, is currently the most responsible production method for making viscose.

A regenerating fiber
Bamboo is what is called a regenerated fiber in textile terms. A regenerated fiber is made based on nature's own chemical compounds and is extracted from bamboo, wood, cotton waste and similar plants with a high cellulose content.

The Lyocell method
The Lyocell method takes place in a closed loop. In this closed loop, the chemicals used in the degradation process are recycled. This method requires significantly less water consumption than the classic viscose production.

Lyocell or Tencel
Lyocell is the same as Tencel. However, the name Tencel may only be used when it comes from the Austrian factory Lenzing, which is known for being a leader in environmentally friendly production methods.

From plant to fiber
The plant material is cut into smaller pieces, dissolved into a slurry and extracted. It is then pressed through a funnel with small holes. The resulting strands are drawn to the desired fineness, after which the fibers are cooled, washed, dried and finally wound onto skeins.
