Bamboo bra

Bamboo bra, soft and breathable comfort

A bamboo bra combines feminine design with a level of comfort you rarely find in ordinary underwear. Our bras are made from silky soft bamboo viscose that feels very gentle against the skin and gives a natural, comfortable fit you can wear all day. Bamboo fibres are naturally breathable, temperature regulating and moisture wicking, which gives a fresh and light feeling at work, during exercise or at home. At Copenhagen Bamboo we focus on soft basics that are both functional and lovely to wear, so your underwear feels good from morning to evening.

In the range you will find soft wire free bra tops that are easy to wear every day and give natural support without feeling tight. They go well with the rest of your bamboo underwear and with our bamboo knickers, so you can put together a full set in the same soft quality. The soft elastic and fine details mean the bra sits well, without annoying seams or wires.

Why bamboo is a good choice for underwear

Bamboo viscose has several properties that make the fabric well suited to underwear worn close to the skin. The fibres are long and soft and feel softer than ordinary cotton, with high elasticity, so the bra sits well and follows the body. The breathability lets the skin breathe through the fabric, while the moisture wicking properties lead sweat and moisture away, so you stay dry and fresh. If you are looking for a breathable bra for everyday wear, these are the properties that make the difference. Bamboo is also naturally antibacterial, which helps reduce unpleasant odour.

Bamboo is also a good choice if you have sensitive skin, as the soft fabric is gentle and allergy friendly. The bras keep their shape and softness wash after wash and therefore last a long time. Wash them at a low temperature to protect the fabric. The high elasticity means the bra quickly regains its shape, so it fits just as well after many washes as when it was new.

Bra tops and bras with padding

Many people look for a bamboo bra top or a bra with padding. The bras you find here are soft bra tops, and whether a style has padding is stated in the description of each product. If you are unsure which style suits you, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

Certified quality from Copenhagen Bamboo

All our bamboo bras are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and made from responsibly produced bamboo viscose. This means they are tested and free from harmful substances at every stage. We believe that high quality, comfort and responsibility can go hand in hand, which is why all our underwear is carefully chosen with both you and nature in mind. When you choose a bamboo bra from Copenhagen Bamboo, you get soft and comfortable underwear that supports naturally and feels lovely all day. The right fit and care

A good bra should sit comfortably without pinching or irritating, and that is exactly why bamboo is a good material. The natural elasticity means the bra shapes itself to your body and gives soft, natural support you hardly notice. We recommend choosing your usual size and washing the bra at a low temperature, preferably in a laundry bag, to keep the elastic and the shape for as long as possible. If you are unsure about size, our customer service is happy to help.

Soft bamboo bra tops are good for everyday wear, for yoga and exercise or for the days when comfort is everything. Combine them with the rest of your soft underwear and your basics from Copenhagen Bamboo, and feel the difference when the fabric is soft against the skin.
