Bamboo Socks Ladies

Bamboo socks for women: silky and soft

A pair of bamboo socks for women from Copenhagen Bamboo is lovely to wear. The socks are incredibly soft, stretchy and breathable. Our women's bamboo socks come in many different models, colours and sizes. For many people, bamboo socks are a revolutionary experience, because they are often the very first contact with clothing made from bamboo viscose. The comfort is very different from what many of us know from cotton socks, and from the moment you put them on you can feel how much softer they are against the skin. Women's bamboo socks are also breathable and temperature regulating, and they draw away moisture and sweat more effectively than cotton or polyester. The result is dry feet without odour.

Many models of socks for women

The socks come in several variants, both plain and striped, in white, black, grey, green and blue. The classic socks with a medium or long shaft are thin, light and airy. They sit well on the foot without feeling tight or leaving marks, and the colours are neutral and easy to match with any outfit.

Bamboo ankle socks have a short shaft and suit sneakers or trainers, for everyday wear and for training. If you want an even lower shaft, look at our in-shoe bamboo footies. They are very low and almost invisible in a pair of shoes, so they are a good choice when you do not want the socks to show. If you prefer sports socks in a slightly thicker quality, see our tennis socks for women, which have a ribbed shaft in a stretchy quality. With so many models, you can choose your favourites every day, whatever you are wearing.

OEKO-TEX certified socks

All socks are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This is our and your guarantee that the socks do not contain harmful substances or chemicals. They are made with the Lyocell method, and Lyocell is today the most environmentally friendly way of turning bamboo fibres into textile. The method recycles production residues in a closed loop, so the impact on the environment is as small as possible. That is why we have made it easy for you to find women's socks that are a good choice for your feet, without compromising on quality, comfort or style.

Care and long life

One of the biggest advantages of bamboo clothing is that it lasts a long time when you look after it. Wash at a low temperature, 30 degrees, and avoid fabric softener, which can reduce the natural breathability of the material. The high elasticity of bamboo viscose means the socks quickly regain their shape after washing. Because bamboo works against bacteria and odour, the socks do not need washing as often. Follow the care label and air dry rather than using a tumble dryer, which can wear the fibres unnecessarily.
