Balsam Green bamboo T-shirt for women

Balsam Green is named after the balsam fir, and that is exactly the tone: a muted, grey toned green like a fir forest in overcast weather. It is softer than bottle green and calmer than olive, and it belongs among the quiet colours that make a wardrobe interesting without making it loud. The quiet green

Where dark green is deep and olive is warm, Balsam Green is cool and greyish, and that makes it the most Scandinavian of the three. The fabric

The T-shirt is made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose makes the fabric smooth and cool, gives it a heavy, neat drape and draws moisture away from the skin, so the top feels fresh all day. The colour of the forest, the top for every day

Balsam Green is one of those colours that works all year round. In summer it looks fresh with white trousers and sandals, in autumn it slips in among grey tones and black outerwear, and in winter it is the soft layer under knitwear. Because the tone is muted, it never becomes too much, and because it is not black, it never becomes dull either.

Soft enough for bare skin

A T-shirt in a muted colour often becomes a second skin, it sits directly on the body day after day, and that is where the quality is settled. The round, smooth fibres of the bamboo viscose do not scratch, the seams are flat, and the fabric keeps its soft surface wash after wash instead of turning rough, as pure cotton can. It is felt most clearly late in the day, when cheap tops start to irritate, while this one is simply still comfortable.

Certification

Washing

Wash the top inside out at 30 to 40 degrees with similar colours, skip the fabric softener, and let it air dry. The muted tone keeps best without a tumble dryer, and the fabric dries quickly on its own.
