Bamboo Socks Men

Bamboo socks for men: 5 qualities that matter

Copenhagen Bamboo sells bamboo socks for men in several styles, sizes and colours. But what really matters when you look for the perfect socks? Perhaps you think socks are just socks, since they are hidden by your shoes anyway. Or perhaps you choose by looks and style. At Copenhagen Bamboo we agree on what socks should do:

They should be soft and comfortable to wear.
They should let your feet breathe, so foot sweat and odour are kept to a minimum.
They should fit perfectly and never scratch, squeeze or itch.
They should come in several styles, so you can choose the right pair for any occasion.
And of course they should have a stylish, simple and modern design.

Our socks for men are made from bamboo viscose, which means every point above is covered, and a little more. The bamboo fibres are very soft, so a pair of bamboo socks feels almost as if you were wearing nothing at all. Bamboo breathes and can absorb and carry away moisture and sweat, which gives you a fresh, dry feeling all day. The material is also very elastic and adapts to the foot, so you avoid socks that fit too tightly, leave marks or restrict circulation.

Bamboo socks for men in several styles

In our wide range you will find everything from plain and patterned classic socks to tennis socks, ankle socks and in-shoe footies. They come in multipacks with several pairs, so you can easily fill the sock drawer with quality socks. The classic styles are also available in low cut and in white, black, grey and striped. If you want sports socks in a slightly thicker quality with a ribbed cuff, bamboo tennis socks are the obvious choice. Like all the other styles, they stay odour free thanks to the moisture wicking and temperature regulating qualities of bamboo viscose, and they work well for sport and the gym.

If you prefer low socks, ankle socks or footies for men are good alternatives. Ankle socks are much lower and go well with trainers. If you want an even lower cuff, footies are what you should look for. They are so low that they can hardly be seen when you wear shoes.

The best comfort for your feet

Our men's socks work for everything, every day. When it comes to comfort, bamboo socks are a clear winner. Wash them at 30 degrees, which is enough to remove bacteria and dirt. Washing below 60 degrees also makes them last longer. All Copenhagen Bamboo bamboo socks for men are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, so you can feel confident about the material against your skin.

Care and a long life

One of the biggest advantages of bamboo clothing is that it lasts a long time when you look after it. Avoid fabric softener, which can reduce the natural breathability of the material. The high elasticity of bamboo viscose means the socks quickly return to shape after washing. Because bamboo works against bacteria and odour, they do not need washing as often. Follow the care label and air dry rather than using a tumble dryer, which can wear the fibres unnecessarily.
