Two white bamboo tank tops

As little vest as possible
With short sleeves under a shirt the sleeve edge can show through the fabric, especially on thin summer shirts. Also with nothing over it

The fabric
The tops are made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose is cool and smooth against the skin and draws sweat away, so it evaporates instead of staying put, and that is precisely the core task of the tank top. The raw material
The bamboo behind the viscose grows quickly and without irrigation or pesticides, and the supply chain works with certified forestry, read more under what is FSC. Together with the organic cotton, the materials are sound all the way through.
The shirt climate in summer
A shirt on a warm day is really a question of climate control, and the tank top is the thermostat. It absorbs the sweat where it arises, moves it out and lets it evaporate, so the shirt stays dry and presentable for the last meeting of the day. Without a vest the moisture ends up in the shirt fabric, and it shows. With a tank top nothing shows, neither moisture nor vest, and that is the whole art of summer dressing.
The wear is shared
Two identical tops mean that each one only carries half of the week's work and is washed half as often, and a vest that is washed less often keeps its shape and its whiteness markedly longer. It is the same logic as with good socks: find the right one, and have enough of it.
Washing
