The difference between a tank top and a top with thin straps is the width of the straps, and that detail decides when you can use it. A tank top has wide straps and a round neck, and therefore covers the bra straps instead of sitting beside them. Wide straps solve an everyday problem

Cream rather than white

The fabric

The tank tops are made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose is smooth and cool against the skin and carries moisture away, so that it evaporates instead of staying against the body. A round neck under a round neck

The neckline should preferably sit below the one on the garment over it, otherwise it comes into view. The round neck therefore suits round necked blouses, T-shirts and knitwear, where it stays hidden, while a deep neckline on the outer garment calls for the model with thin straps instead. Two models, two jobs, and that is why most people end up with both in the drawer.

The certification

The tank tops are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified under cert. no. BJ020 142441. That means every part of the product has been tested for harmful substances, and it is the most important label to look for on clothing that lies directly against the skin all day.

Washing

Wash the tops at 30 degrees together with your light clothes, and let them air dry, and the cream shade will stay clean. Avoid fabric softener, which settles on the fibres and makes the fabric worse at moving moisture. Bamboo viscose takes an ordinary machine wash perfectly well as long as the temperature is kept down, and the rest of the advice is under washing and care.

Size

The model comes in sizes S to XXL and is cut to sit close, as a base layer must in order to lie smooth under clothing. Choose your usual size.
