The black V neck is the vest for the dark wardrobe: under dark shirts and dark knitwear it stays invisible, where a white vest would shine through. This pack contains two identical black slim fit T-shirts with a V neck in soft bamboo quality, for men, in sizes S to XXL.

Dark under dark

The rule is the same as with light shirts, just the other way round: under dark clothes the base layer has to be dark. A black V neck disappears under a black or navy shirt, both at the neck when the top button is open, and through the fabric, where white would draw a clear shadow. If you mostly wear dark, this is your vest.

Slim underneath, slim on its own

The slim fit cut lies close to the body, so no fabric gathers under the shirt, and the smooth bamboo fabric glides against the shirt lining instead of catching. On its own the black V neck works as a slim T-shirt with jeans, where the V gives a slightly sharper look than a round neck. Two tops in the pack mean that both roles can be filled at once.

The fabric

The tops are made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose leads sweat away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, so you and the shirt keep dry through the day, and the fabric feels cool in warm rooms and meetings. The cotton gives body without thickness, the elastane keeps the close cut in shape. The properties of the fibre are collected under benefits of bamboo viscose.

Good to travel with

Two thin, quick-drying tops that are both a vest and a T-shirt come close to the perfect travel garment: they take up nothing, can be washed in the sink in the evening and hang dry the next morning, and the black colour hides the traces of a day's travel. Washing

Wash the tops inside out at 30 to 40 degrees with your dark clothes, avoid fabric softener, and let them air dry. The black colour keeps its depth, and the close cut holds its shape. Two in rotation cover the week with a single wash.

Size

The model comes in sizes S to XXL and is cut slim fit. Choose your usual size for use as a vest, where the close cut is the point, and go one size up if it is mostly to be worn as a top on its own.
