Two black slim fit bamboo T-shirts with a round neck
The black round neck in slim fit is the most used vest in a dark wardrobe and at the same time a fully fledged T-shirt in its own right. A close cut, smooth fabric and a colour that works under all the dark things and on its own with all the relaxed ones. The pack contains two identical tops, for men, in sizes S to XXL.
Under the dark wardrobe
Under dark shirts, dark knitwear and hoodies the black round neck is the logical base layer: it does not show through, it holds the warmth without bunching, and it protects the outer layer from sweat, so knitwear and shirts can be worn several times between washes. The close cut means the layer cannot be seen from the outside, only felt by you.
On its own with jeans
Slim fit in black is at the same time the simplest look there is: black top, jeans, trainers, done. The smooth bamboo fabric drapes better than an ordinary close fitting top, and the round ribbed neck keeps its shape instead of going slack. Two in the pack means the top can play both roles in the same week.
The fabric
The tops are made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose draws moisture away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, so you feel dry, and dry fabric stays fresh for longer, because odour bacteria do not thrive without moisture, see is bamboo antibacterial. The cotton gives body, the elastane keeps the close cut.
The foundation for winter
From October to March the black slim fit is the layer that makes the rest of the wardrobe warmer: under the shirt at the office, under the knitwear at the weekend, under the hoodie on the bike ride. The bamboo viscose holds on to your body heat without feeling thick, and because the fabric also draws moisture away, you avoid that clammy feeling when you come in from the cold into the warmth. That is the difference that makes a thin layer of bamboo beat a thick jumper on most winter days.
Washing
Wash the tops inside out at 30 to 40 degrees with your dark clothes, avoid fabric softener, and let them air dry. Black in bamboo quality keeps its colour well, precisely because the top can be worn for longer between washes. More advice is under washing and care.
Size
The model comes in sizes S to XXL and is cut slim fit, closer than our ordinary T-shirts. Choose your usual size for the layer underneath, where the close cut is the whole point, and go one size up if the top is mainly to be worn on its own and may fall more loosely over the stomach.
Packaging
