Cub bamboo T-shirt for women

Cub is a warm, light brown, the tone of caffe latte and camel, and one of the colours that has made the beige palette the most loved of recent years. It is light without being as delicate as white and warm without being as dark as brown, and that middle position is exactly what makes it one of the most flexible colours in the wardrobe. This version is knitted in bamboo viscose with organic cotton and comes in sizes S to XXL.

The soft neutral

Cub works as a neutral colour, but does something the greys cannot: it warms. With cream and white it gives the light, monochrome look, with denim it is softer than white, and with chocolate brown and rust it builds the tone on tone wardrobe that looks thought through without being any trouble. It suits both light and dark skin tones, and with gold jewellery the warmth only becomes clearer.

The fabric

The T-shirt is made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the fabric its smooth, heavy drape and draws moisture away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, so the top feels fresh all day. The cotton gives body, the elastane holds the shape through the washes. The properties of the fibre are collected under benefits of bamboo viscose.

A light colour without the worry

Light tops normally call for care, but Cub is more forgiving than white: it hides the small traces of the day better, and it does not turn greyish in the wash in the same way. Wash it at 30 degrees with light colours, avoid fabric softener, and let it air dry, and the tone stays warm and clean. More advice is under washing and care.

Soft against the skin

The round, smooth fibres of the bamboo viscose make the fabric noticeably softer than cotton, and it lasts: no rough surface after washing, no scratching seams, just a top that feels just as good week after week. That is the kind of quality that makes the basic colours in particular get bought again in the same quality.

On its own and in layers

In summer Cub carries an outfit on its own: with white trousers, light denim or a beige skirt it is the whole look. The rest of the year it works in layers, where the warm tone lights things up under dark knitwear and coats without the hard contrast white gives. The smooth fabric does not bunch under other layers, and the round neck keeps its shape, so the top looks just as good whatever role it plays that day.

Size

The model comes in sizes S to XXL with a regular fit. The elastane gives freedom of movement, so choose your usual size; the smaller of two gives the closer drape, the larger the looser one.

Certification

The T-shirt is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, cert. no. BJ020 142441, so all components are tested for harmful substances. What the certification covers is under what OEKO-TEX Standard 100 means.
