Three black bamboo tai briefs
The tai brief is the classic cut: more coverage than a thong, less fabric than a maxi, and leg openings that sit higher up on the hip. It is the model most people think of when they think of a brief, and it works under just about everything. The pack contains three identical black tai briefs in a soft bamboo quality, for women, in sizes S to XL.
The cut in between
The tai brief covers what needs covering without reaching up over the hip. The leg openings are cut higher than on the hipster, which gives more freedom of movement and means the brief does not show down the thigh under close fitting trousers. In return there is still full coverage at the back. That is why the model has survived every fashion trend.
A folded edge at the leg openings
The leg openings are folded over and sewn, not finished with a tight elastic. The difference is felt after a few hours: a hard elastic presses a groove into the thigh, while the folded edge lies flat and gives with the movement. Combined with the broad sewn on elastic in the waistband, that makes a brief that leaves no marks when it is taken off in the evening.
The fabric
The briefs are made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose is smooth against the skin and moves moisture away from the body, so it evaporates instead of staying put, and that is the most important property in a garment worn close all day. The certification
The briefs are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified under cert. no. BJ020 142441, which means that every single material in the product is tested for harmful substances. The label is explained under what OEKO-TEX Standard 100 means.
Black under everything
Black is the colour that works under dark trousers, jeans, dark dresses and sportswear, that is under most of what an ordinary week consists of. It does not shine through thin dark fabric the way a light brief does, and it does not show wear in the same way. Wash them together with the rest of your dark items at 40 degrees without fabric softener, and let them air dry, then the colour stays deep and the elastic keeps its tension for longer.

Size
The model comes from S to XL and is cut to lie close without being tight. Choose your usual size, and take the larger one if you are in doubt between two. The elastane gives enough give for the brief to follow along, even when you sit down all day.
