Dark grey bamboo tracksuit with hoodie and sweatpants

There is clothing whose value you only understand on a travel day. A grey set with a hoodie is that type: soft enough to sleep in, smart enough for an airport, and with a hood that works as both a layer and a pillow when you lean against the window. The set consists of a hoodie with a logo and a pair of sweatpants, both in XS to XXL.

The travel set

On a long journey the temperature changes five times: the taxi, the terminal, the plane, the arrivals hall and the way home. A sweat set with a hood covers them all, because the hood can be pulled up and down, and because the fabric moves moisture away from the skin instead of holding on to it. The trousers with an elasticated waist make the rest of the difference on a five hour journey.

A zip in the pockets

The sweatpants have zips in the pockets, and on travel days that is not a minor detail. Passport, phone and keys stay put, even when you sleep sitting up or stand in a queue with a bag in each hand.

The fabric

The set is made of 55 % bamboo viscose, 25 % polyester, 15 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the soft inside and draws moisture away from the skin, the polyester keeps the fabric stable in shape, so it does not go baggy after a day in a seat, the cotton gives body, and the elastane takes care of the freedom of movement. The certification

The set is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified under cert. no. 976-15301, so all the materials are tested for harmful substances.

Hoodie or sweatshirt

We make the same sets with three different tops: sweatshirt, hoodie with a logo and hoodie with a zip. The sweatshirt is the simplest and the smartest, the hoodie is the warmest, and the zip model is the one that can be adjusted along the way. For travel and outdoor use the hood is the right choice, because it replaces both a hat and a scarf on the days when it is not cold enough for either. Dark grey handles a long day

Grey shows less than both black and light shades, whether it is lint, coffee or dust from a luggage rack. That is why the colour works better for long days than most others, and why the set can be worn two days in a row without looking used.

Choose a size for each piece

The top and the trousers are chosen separately. The parts run large for women, and we recommend choosing one size smaller than normal. If the set is going to be used for sleeping in on long journeys, it can however be an advantage to stay with your usual size.

Washing

Wash the set at 30 to 40 degrees inside out, avoid fabric softener, and let it air dry. All the advice is found under washing and care.
