Seven pairs is a week. That is the whole idea behind this pack: a clean pair every day from Monday to Sunday, without the washing machine having to run midweek, and without the morning where there are none left. All seven pairs are the same, black and in regular length.

The sizes are 34/39, 40/44 and 45/49, and the style is unisex.

Why seven and not five

A five pack covers a working week. A seven pack covers a whole week, and that is the difference between having to remember the washing by Thursday and not having to think about it. For most people that is the one thing that decides whether the sock drawer works or not.

Because all seven pairs are the same, they can be paired up blind after washing. There is no pile of single socks left over, and if one pair goes at the heel, it can be thrown out without ruining a set. The price per pair is at the same time lower than in the smaller packs.

Black, regular length, no details

There are no stripes, no pattern and no logos on the leg. This is a sock that is meant to do its job and otherwise draw no attention. It goes with workwear where black is a requirement, with suits, with jeans and with work shoes.

The leg comes up the calf and stays there all day. The ribbed edge is knitted to hold without squeezing, so as a rule there is no red groove in the skin in the evening.

The material

75 % bamboo viscose, 23 % polyester and 2 % elastane. Bamboo viscose is a round and smooth fibre. It does not scratch the skin, and the difference is felt straight away if you are used to cotton. More important day to day, though, is that the fibre moves moisture away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, instead of letting it gather in the sole. A foot in a closed work shoe sweats, and that is where the difference is felt at the end of the day.

The polyester provides durability in the heel and toe, where socks go first. The elastane keeps the leg up. More about the fibre is on facts about bamboo.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, cert. no. 976-15301, that is, tested for substances harmful to health in every part.

Washing

40 degrees together with the rest of your dark items. Leave out the fabric softener, because it settles in the fibres and slows exactly the moisture transport the sock was bought for. Air drying extends the life, but tumble drying on low heat is fine. See washing and care.

Size

Choose by your normal shoe size, and take the smaller of two if you are on the borderline. The seven pack comes in 34/39, 40/44 and 45/49, that is, from smaller women's sizes to large men's sizes. All seven pairs in the pack are the same size.
