Green bamboo tracksuit with hoodie and sweatpants

Weekend clothes have one job: to handle everything without a change of outfit. A walk in the morning, coffee out, shopping and the sofa in the evening. A green set with a hoodie handles all four, and the hood means you do not need a jacket unless it rains. The set consists of a hoodie with a logo and a pair of sweatpants, both in XS to XXL.

For the whole weekend

The hoodie is warm enough for a morning walk and light enough to keep on indoors. The trousers have an elasticated waist, so they can be worn for many hours, and the zips in the pockets mean that phone and keys can come along without a bag. It is a set meant to be put on Saturday morning and not taken off until Sunday evening.

The fabric can take it

Sweat fabric worn two days in a row has to do two things: hold its shape and not feel used. The polyester in the blend takes care of the first, so knees and elbows do not bag, and the bamboo viscose takes care of the second, because it moves moisture away from the skin instead of holding on to it. It is the combination that lets the set be worn all weekend without a wash in between.

The top

The hoodie has a hood and a logo and is cut loosely enough to wear a T-shirt or a thin jumper underneath. The inside is soft, because the bamboo viscose sits against the skin, and the outside holds its shape thanks to the polyester in the blend. If you would rather have a set without a hood or with a zip instead, the same sets come in other versions under tracksuits.

The green tone

Green is the colour that turns a sweat set into something other than loungewear. The tone is muted, not bright, and it works with white, black and blue, that is with what the wardrobe already consists of. If you already have black or grey sweat pieces, this is the natural addition.

A zip in the pockets

The sweatpants have zips in the pockets. On a walk or a run that is the difference between being able to bring your keys and having to leave them at home.

The fabric

The set is made of 55 % bamboo viscose, 25 % polyester, 15 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the soft inside and moves moisture away from the skin, the polyester makes the fabric hold its shape, the cotton gives body, and the elastane provides movement. It is a blend chosen for hard wear.

The certification

The set is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified under cert. no. 976-15301. All components have been tested for harmful substances, and what the label covers is under what OEKO-TEX Standard 100 means.

Choose a size for each piece

The top and the trousers are chosen separately, so both parts fit. The pieces are large in the sizing for women, and we recommend choosing one size smaller than usual.

Washing

Wash the set at 30 to 40 degrees inside out, avoid fabric softener, and let it air dry. The hood dries slowest, so hang it freely. All the advice is under washing and care.
