Green bamboo tracksuit with sweatshirt and sweatpants

Most sweat sets are black or grey, because that is the safe choice. The green one is for those who already own the safe choice. The colour is muted enough for everyday wear and clear enough to be a choice, and the set consists of a sweatshirt with a logo and a pair of sweatpants, both in XS to XXL.

Green as a third colour

If you already have a black or grey set, the next one is rarely another of the same kind. The green tone works with the same things: white T-shirts, blue jeans and white trainers, but it does not look like the rest of the wardrobe. That is the whole point of having a third colour. The tone is muted and greyish green rather than bright, which is why it does not feel seasonal either.

The pieces can be worn separately

A set is bought as a set and worn as two pieces. The green sweatshirt works with jeans, and the green trousers work with a white or black top. That is how the set ends up being worn several times a week rather than only on the days when both pieces are clean.

A zip in the pockets

The sweatpants have zips in the pockets, so keys and phone stay put whether you are out for a walk or sitting down. That is the detail most often mentioned by those who buy a second set.

The fabric

The set is made of 55 % bamboo viscose, 25 % polyester, 15 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the soft inside, the polyester holds the shape, the cotton gives body, and the elastane provides movement. The combination was chosen because pure bamboo sweat fabric would be too heavy and pure cotton sweat fabric would lose its shape faster.

The certification

The set is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified under cert. no. 976-15301, which means that all components have been tested for harmful substances.

The trousers

The sweatpants have an elasticated waist and a ribbed hem, so they stay where they are when you move. The cut is loose enough to sit down in all day and narrow enough not to hang around the ankles. The individual sweat pieces, that is trousers, sweatshirts and hoodies alike, can also be bought separately under all sweatwear, if you only need the one half.

Materials and production

The cotton in the blend is organically grown, and the bamboo grows quickly and without irrigation. How we work with materials, suppliers and production in general can be read under CSR.

Choose a size for each piece

The top and the trousers are chosen separately. The pieces run large for women, and we recommend choosing one size smaller than normal if the set is to fit as intended.

Washing

Wash the set at 30 to 40 degrees inside out together with clothes in similar colours, avoid fabric softener, and let it air dry, and the green tone will last longest. See the rest under washing and care.
