The long ribbed leg

The ribbing grips the calf along the whole length of the leg and keeps the sock smooth and upright from morning to evening without a tight single edge. The foundation of the tennis sock
The underside of the foot is knitted extra thick and cushions the pressure against hard floors, so the socks are just as useful on long days on your feet as they are for completing an outfit. The heel is shaped in the knit, and the seams over the toes are flat, so nothing rubs inside the shoe.
The material
The socks are knitted from 75 % bamboo viscose, 23 % polyester and 2 % elastane. The bamboo viscose moves sweat away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, so your foot stays dry and fresh all day. The polyester reinforces the heel, toe and sole, and the elastane works together with the ribbing to keep the leg up. Certification
The socks are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, cert. no. 976-15301. The certificate covers all materials, including the dyes in all three stripe colours, so the whole pack is tested for harmful substances.
An obvious gift
The stripe mix is also the easiest of the ribbed socks to give away. Three different stripe colours mean that at least one will suit the taste of the recipient, and because the model is unisex and the sizes run from a child's foot to a large man's foot, it is hard to get it completely wrong. Washing
Wash the socks together at 40 degrees with your light laundry. The stripes are colourfast and do not run onto the white base, not even across the pairs. Avoid fabric softener, and let the socks air dry, so the ribbing keeps its spring. More advice is set out under washing and care.
