Forest Night bamboo T-shirt for men

Forest Night is the darkest green of the forest: a shade so deep that at first glance it can be taken for black, until the light hits it and the green depth comes forward. It is the colour for anyone who dresses dark but wants more to look at than black. The model has a round neck, is knitted in bamboo viscose with organic cotton and comes in sizes S to XXXL.

Black with a secret

The easiest way to understand Forest Night: wear it the way you would wear a black T-shirt, and let the shade do the rest. With black trousers it gives the dark look a depth that pure black on black does not have. With denim and brown boots it is warmer than black, and under a grey or beige blazer the green comes forward discreetly. It is a colour that works quietly.

The fabric

The T-shirt is made of 70 % bamboo viscose, 25 % organic cotton and 5 % elastane. The bamboo viscose gives the smooth, heavy drape that lets the dark colour sit calm and matt, and the fibre carries sweat away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates. The working top of autumn

Forest Night belongs in the cold season, where it works with grey knitwear, black outerwear and raw denim, and where as the innermost layer it gives depth to outfits that would otherwise be pure grey and black. The smooth fabric does not bunch under jumpers and jackets and sits comfortably straight against the skin from morning to evening.

Dry and fresh all day

The bamboo viscose carries sweat away from the skin and out into the fabric, where it evaporates, and that makes a dark top noticeably more comfortable in both warm rooms and winter layers. Dry fabric is also fresh fabric, so the top can often be worn an extra day between washes, which the deep colour repays with a longer life.

Washing

Wash the top inside out at 30 to 40 degrees together with dark clothes, skip the fabric softener, and let it air dry, so the deep shade stays rich. The fabric dries quickly and rarely needs ironing. More advice is under washing and care.

Size

The model runs from S to XXXL with a regular fit. Choose your usual size, and go up one only if you prefer a looser drape. The elastane gives freedom of movement without the top sitting tight.
